Process sequence for 100% Polyester Fibre (1.42 dn) from Colourtex<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

Pretreatment to remove oligomers from Polyester fibre.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Caustic Soda (O. W. F) <\/span>– <\/span>2%<\/div>\n
Soda Ash (O. W. F.) <\/span>– <\/span>1% <\/div>\n
Temperature 1300C.\/30 mins. drain at 1300C after hot wash & acidification, (Acetic acid) carry out, cold wash. <\/div>\n

Dyeing Recipe :-<\/strong><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Coralene Dyestuffs   <\/span>– <\/span>X <\/span>% <\/span><\/div>\n
Levocol WS (Disperseing Agent) <\/span>– <\/span>1 <\/span>gpl<\/div>\n
Levocol PB (Adjust pH 4.5) <\/span>– <\/span>1 <\/span>gpl <\/span><\/div>\n
Levocol DFT (Levelling Agent) <\/span>– <\/span>0.25 <\/span>gpl<\/div>\n
Disperse the Dyestuff in dispersing Water<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Dispersing Water :-<\/strong><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Dissolve the dispersing agent in 5 time the qty of water as of dyestuff & Dissolve the Coralene dyestuff by slowly adding & stirring the dyestuff in water continuously. <\/span><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Dyeing Cycle :-<\/strong><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
60o<\/sup>C to 95o<\/sup>C – 3o<\/sup>C\/min. <\/div>\n
95o<\/sup>C to 115o<\/sup>C – 1o<\/sup>C\/min. <\/div>\n
115o<\/sup>C hold – 10 min.<\/div>\n
115o<\/sup>C to 135o<\/sup>C – 10C\/min. <\/div>\n
135o<\/sup>C. – hold time according to depth of shade. <\/div>\n
up to 115o<\/sup>C inside out & outside – in should  be kept 6 : 4 after 115o<\/sup>C only in – out flow to be continued until completion of dyeing. <\/div>\n
Drain the batch at 130o<\/sup>C then reduction clear with<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Caustic Soda <\/span>– <\/span>2 <\/span>gpl <\/span><\/div>\n
Sodium Hydrosulphite <\/span>– <\/span>2 <\/span>gpl <\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n
Levocol DFT (Levelling Agent) <\/span>– <\/span>0.25 <\/span>gpl<\/div>\n
at 80o<\/sup>C.\/30 mins.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
After hot wash, reduction clear, repeated in case of Dark shades (Black & Blue) to ensure complete <\/span>removal of superficial dyes.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
After hot wash & acidification, the dyed fibre was treated with antistatic agent at 70o<\/sup>C. <\/div>\n
Dryed polyester fibre is <\/span> sprayed with lubricating agent.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Above process may vary from customer to customer.<\/div>\n
