THE CYCLONIC STORMTAUKTAE’LAY CENTRED AT 1730 HRS IST OF 18TH MAY 2021 OVER SAURASHTRA, NEAR LAT. 23.1°N AND LONG. 72.3°E, ABOUT 120  KM SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF DEESA,35 KM WEST OF AHMEDABAD AND 80 KM EAST-NORTHEAST OF SURENDRANAGAR.

60-70 KMPH GUSTING TO 90 KMPH

PAST MOVEMENT

MOVED NORTH-NORTHEASTWARDS WITH A SPEED OF 23 KMPH DURING PAST 06 HOURS.

FORECAST MOVEMENT AND INTENSITY

IT WOULD FURTHER MOVE NORTH-NORTHEASTWARDS AND WEAKEN GRADUALLY INTO A DEEP DEPRESSION DURING NEXT 3 HOURS.
